How can I place my order?

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Items can only be returned only if: 

  1. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
  2. The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
  3. The Package items are incomplete or lesser than what you have paid for.

Do you offer refunds?
Please take a note that orders once delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded regardless of the payment mode. Please ensure the cart order carefully before submission. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Standard Delivery orders will be delivered within Approx. 90 minutes and Pre-booked orders will be delivered the next day between 7 am to 10 am

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses at the same time; however, you need to place all separate orders from your login.

What modes of payment do you accept?
We take online payments through all major credit & debit cards, NEFT, Pay TM Wallet, G-pay, Razor pay and UPI. The payment has to be made in Indian currency, as per the invoice also cash on delivery is available.

What happens in case of a payment failure?
In case of payment failures and charges incurred refund will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway. The Refund will be back to source only and subject to third party vendor’s policy. You need to place the order again in case of payment failure.

Do you charge for the delivery?
Shipping charges won’t be applicable on promotional offers.

I have not yet received my refund for online payment.
The Refund will be back to source only and subject to third party vendor’s policy.

I received an incomplete order.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused from our end. All packages are insured when they leave Citizen Chicken Store. Items can only be return only if:

What is the minimum quantity/amount order do you accept?
The minimum amount to be accepted is Rs. 500/- in order to place an order with Citizen Chicken.

Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?
Yes, You can order more than one of the same item by increasing the item quantity numbers.

Is there GST?
All the menu items are inclusive of applicable Goods and Service Tax.

I’m unable to apply a coupon code to my order.
The Coupon codes are not acceptable on discounted products (and exotic meats) unless specified otherwise or you can Contact at at +91-9712733322 or support@citizenchicken.in

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?
Yes, You need to create an account through your Email Id to place an order from Citizen Chicken.

Is shopping at Citizen chicken secure?
Yes, we have acquired the Global SSL certification that ensures all the payments made to www.citizenchicken.in are secure.

Why are the items in my shopping cart no longer available?
In Most of the scenarios, If you are logged into your account and if you have not checked out or removed the items from your cart, the items may have been sold out. Otherwise, The Items will be continuing to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or checked out. 

I haven’t received my order confirmation email/Message.
Your order confirmation e-mail is been sent to the e-mail address linked to your Citizen Chicken Account immediately upon placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check the junk or spam folder in your email box. still cannot locate the confirmation mail then you can reach us on +91-9712733322 or support@citizenchicken.in 

What do you mean by “Fresh meat”?
The Meat that is sold shortly after slaughter is well-advised as fresh meat. The consumption of refrigerators in Asian country reached in general, so meat had to be used up soon after buying it, as one could never store it at a chilled temperature.
When it was cooked, it had to be consumed shortly after. Unless it was pickled or had some added preservatives to extend to its life. Your health is always our priority so we ensure that from procurement to delivery, we keep our meat chilled at a temperature range between 0⁰-4⁰ Celsius to keep the bacteria out of the door and the meat will be super fresh & healthy to consume.

How can i Cancel my order?
In case you want to give a A THOUGHT on your shopping cart, you can cancel your order at any point until it is delivered and your payment will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be processed immediately at the time of cancellation and credited to your source payment account in a maximum of 8-10 business days.

Can i collect my order from citizen chicken store?
Yes, we do allow take away you can book it from our website.
